Welcome to the Fort Bend Kennel Club home page.  Incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1974, the Fort Bend Kennel Club, Inc., is an all breed club licensed by the American Kennel Club.  Membership is open to any person in good standing with the American Kennel Club who is interested in promoting the welfare of purebred dogs.  The goals of the club are to protect and further the interests of all purebred dogs, to educate the public about sports involving dogs and to promote responsible dog ownership.  The diverse interests of our members are reflected by the many activities in which our club participates.  We have been licensed by the American Kennel Club to hold all breed dog shows and matches, obedience trials, rally trials, agility events, herding trials and lure coursing.  The club is located in Fort Bend County, Texas, which is in the greater Houston metropolitan area.
